Can my Recovery Clock help me carry the message and be responsible?

I ordered my clock at first because it was a work of art and contained the 12 steps to remind me of my journey. As well as the fact that it was created and designed by an AA brother. I thought it would only serve as an attractive clock with a message dear to me.

However it serves the AA way by attraction. I find many people who notice it have questions and on several occasions these questions lead to an opportunity to share my experience, strength and hope.

Thanks Big Philip for your unique idea and craftsmanship, as my Recovery Clock may help many people to figure out "what time it is"!

When I received the recovery clock for christmas, I had to stop and try to get my breath.  It was awsome!  I think I finally stopped crying when I got my breath back. The thought of making a clock that not only tells the current time, but let's us mark our time in recovery, is such a great Idea. The craftsmanship is excellent and when my son, who is a cabinet maker, saw it he was impressed with the workmanship, and it takes a lot to impress him.

I came into the program in August of 1984 first in South Richmond and now in the East end. I hope we can meet and maybe take in ameeting together sometime. Feel free to contact me if you need anything, since I am retired, I have some free time. I use the name Greywolf as my spiritual path is in the native american tradition.

My Christmas 2005 was brightened and delightful when I received the gift of the Recovery Clock. The craftsmanship and design of this unique piece of art is something that I will cherish and display forever. Knowing that someone in recovery worked hard and long to put this together deepens my gratitude and affection.

As my recovery time grows there is a awesome way to donate and remember. To see the gifts that God has bestowed on certain individuals to attain this mastery gift and to be a part of it is awesome. I would recommend this clock to many.

I ordered a Recovery Clock as a surprise birthday gift for my husband.We both got sober at the same time 3 years and 6 months ago. When I first saw it it took my breath away, and i was so excited when he had the same reaction.  He was amazed.  He collects clocks and the beauty and craftsmanship in this clock shines thru.  It is so much more to both of us than an ordinary clock. It is a beautiful reminder that sobriety is a day at a time but can also be a minute or a second, whatever it takes.
